A. No, unfortunately you cannot reset the password using the email address. To reset, you must submit your mobile number via password reset page.
A. From your Saloony Application, after you have logged in you can visit the “Setting” page and set your preference for Language and Notification as you desire. If the notification is not appearing in your mobile device, please check the Application permission for notification and set the permission to allow notification.
A. Coupons are discount vouchers that can be applied when performing an appointment booking at Saloony Application. To view your coupons, login to the Saloony Application and go to the “Coupons” page that can be found on the footer menu of the Saloony Application window. To claim a coupon that is available to you, based on coupon condition and validity, if you are entitled to claim the coupon for the selected booking you may choose to apply the coupon on the “Apply Coupon” section by clicking the option and selecting/setting the appropriate coupon while doing the booking. Once the coupon is been applied successfully, the system will automatically deduct the discount value from your booking.
